Mt Maunganui Skate Parks

New Zealand’s coastal towns are often filled with great skateboarding. One such location is Mount Maunganui. Located on the northeast coast of the North Island, this town is home to the infamous mountain Mauao. Until recently, the skate scene in New Zealand was rather small. Luckily, the new skate park is now open and in a great location! You can find it on Gloucester Road, near Arataki Park.

Mount Maunganui has a couple of skate parks available. With one simply being a half pipe and a mini ramp. The other having many more features. But if you’re looking for things to do in Tauranga, going to one of the Mt Maunganui Skate Parks is worth the enjoyment.
