Best Mortgages is Eddie Biesenbach, a fully independent mortgage adviser with more than twenty years of lending experience. He works from a head office in Matua but the service is mobile, so meetings happen at your home, your workplace or a cafe, including evenings and weekends. Every enquiry is handled by Eddie himself rather than passed to junior staff, and he compares a panel of more than sixteen bank and non-bank lenders rather than working to any one bank's criteria. Clients range from first home buyers and people refixing or refinancing through to property investors, self-employed borrowers with complex income, and people who have already been declined elsewhere. Advice is free for most clients because the lender pays the adviser fee.
